My name is Lauren Pearce and I am a Weight Management and Health and Wellness Coach.
After losing 15kgs, changing my diet and becoming very fit and happy, people began to ask me for health and weight loss advice. After my own path of learning and development, I decided I would like to help and motivate others to achieve their goals.
